People often ask which oil is best for the heart. According to Dr. Seth, mustard oil is the best and is also cheap. But the amount of oil should be kept low in home food as well. Excessive consumption of refined oil and wheat is also harmful. Include green vegetables in your diet as much as possible. To keep the heart fit, a brisk walk of 30 to 40 minutes every day is enough. This walk should be so fast that it becomes difficult to speak while walking. Along with this, make it a habit to walk 10 thousand steps every day and do some light exercises. Use stairs instead of lift.

Keep diseases under control, heart will remain healthy
