A sensational incident has come to light from Gautam Buddh Nagar district’s Noida, where an engineer committed suicide by hanging himself in a hotel. This incident took place in a hotel located in Sector 27, which comes under Sector 20 police station. Police reached the spot and started investigating the case.
The deceased was in a live-in relationship, was staying in a hotel with his girlfriend. According to the police, the deceased engineer was staying in a hotel with his girlfriend. Both were in a live-in relationship for two years. The police have informed the deceased’s family about the incident. The deceased has been identified as Umesh, who was a resident of Hathras and was about 38 years old.
According to the police, Umesh worked as an IT engineer in a renowned company. He had come to the hotel for dinner with his girlfriend on Thursday night. After dinner, there was an argument between the two over something, after which Umesh committed suicide by hanging himself in the hotel room.
Police came to know about this incident on Friday morning. Police has taken the body in its custody and sent it for postmortem. Station in-charge DP Shukla said that police is interrogating the deceased’s girlfriend. The deceased’s family has not lodged any complaint yet, but if the family lodges a complaint then police will start investigation.
