Growing problem of obesity in India
Obesity has increased rapidly in India in the last few years. Urbanization, wrong eating habits, and lack of physical activity are the main reasons for this. This problem has reached a worrying level, especially in children and adolescents. According to a report, about 13.5 crore people in India are struggling with the problem of obesity.
According to experts, if it is not taken care of in time, obesity can take the form of an epidemic in India in the coming years.
